upside is a gamified participation platform that allows users to earn points through games, tasks, referrals, and community participation.
Points may unlock digital, access-based, promotional, or cash rewards subject to launch conditions.
By accessing or using upside, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited from participating under applicable law
- Use the platform in good faith
We reserve the right to restrict or deny access at our discretion.
3. Points
Points:
- Have no monetary value
- Are not currency
- Are not transferable
- Do not represent ownership, equity, or investment
- May be modified, reset, revoked, or discontinued at any time
Points are a platform mechanic only.
4. Rewards
Rewards may include:
- Digital rewards
- Access-based rewards
- Promotional rewards
- Cash rewards subject to network launch
Cash rewards, if earned, are distributed when and if the Shift network goes live.
Distribution is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify reward structures
- Delay distribution
- Cancel rewards
- Adjust reward eligibility
5. No Guarantee of Launch
upside may reference a future network launch.
There is no guarantee that the network will launch or that rewards will be distributed.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
6. Fair Play Policy
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Botting
- Automated farming
- Multi account abuse
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Manipulating leaderboards
- Coordinated abuse
We may:
- Freeze accounts
- Revoke points
- Cancel rewards
- Permanently ban users
Decisions regarding enforcement are final.
7. Entertainment Purpose
upside is intended for community participation and entertainment purposes.
Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
upside is provided as is and as available.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of points
- Loss of rewards
- Delays in distribution
- Technical downtime
- Third party failures
- Market conditions
- Platform modifications
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations or risk management reasons.
Users may stop using upside at any time.
10. Modifications
We may modify upside or these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
